AI Apex Phase 1 is a 12-week, 1:1 coaching program for automotive dealership principals and GMs ready to move from using AI casually to operating an AI-native dealership. The goal is not more tools or more dashboards. The goal is more room in your own mind to do the work only you can do, and engines running underneath your business that produce visible market output every week. The program is built around the Mastery Engine: Fundamentals, Frameworks, Velocity. Twelve workshops, sequenced deliberately, each one building on the last. Workshops 1 through 4 install the fundamentals — the mental models, the AI landscape, and the prompting and context disciplines that everything downstream depends on. You finish this stage operating your primary AI tool with real fluency. Workshops 5 through 8 build the frameworks — deep research, your Four Sources of Truth, your Second Brain, and the marketing fundamentals that turn a generic assistant into something that actually understands your dealership. This is the extraction stage, where decades of pattern recognition you have been carrying in your head finally become instruments your business can use. Workshops 9 through 12 install velocity — AI SEO, the content engine, AI video, and the capstone that names your methodology and locks in the weekly rhythm that compounds. By the end of Phase 1, you have live engines producing market output and a clear line of sight to whatever you decide to build next. Every workshop is a 60 to 75 minute live 1:1 session with Sean, supported by a written backbone document, homework, and embedded tools. Plan on 45 to 60 minutes of work per day between sessions. The reps matter more than the information. This is not a cohort. No group calls, no Slack channel, no crowd. Just you and Sean, every week for twelve weeks.
